CORRIGENDUM

Reference: MERC Order dated 31st May, 2004 in the matter of Dispute between BSES Ltd. and Tata Power Company Ltd. regarding Payment of Standby charges to the Maharashtra State Electricity Board in Case NO. 7 of 2000.

1. At paragraph 240 of the Order dated 31.5.2004, the figure "Rs 8.37" crore" should be substituted by the figure "Rs 1.17 crore".

2. In the Table after paragraph 240 of the Order dated 31.5.2004, the entries in the Column "Interest (Rs Crore)" should be substituted by the following (changes indicated in bold).
