ERRATA TO THE TARIFF ORDER DATED 1.7.2004 IN CASE NO. 18 OF 2003 OF RELIANCE ENERGY LTD

Reference: 1. Tariff Order dated 1^st July, 2004 in Case No. 18 of 2003

2. MERC letter No.1244 dated 5.7.2004 approving REL’s Tariff Schedule w.e.f. 1.7.2004 in Case No. 18 of 2003

`Notes 2’ in the Summary of HT and LT Tariff effective from July 1, 2004 at page 10 and Appendix-5 (at page 137) of the operative Tariff Order dated 1.7.2004 in Case No. 18 of 2003, should be read as “$$ Fixed charge of Rs.100 per month will be levied on residential consumers availing 3 phase supply irrespective of consumption slab. Additional Fixed Charge of Rs.100 per kW load or part thereof above 10 kW load shall be payable.”
