Reference: MERC Order dated 11th June, 2004 in the matter of Approval of M/s Tata Power Company’s Annual Revenue Requirements for FY 2003-04 and 2004-05, and determination of tariff for FY 2004-05 (Case No.30 of 2003) and Tariff Booklet issued vide MERC letter No. 1111 dated 15.6.2004

The clause at point 5.0 (ii) (a)/page 12 Billing Demand and also at point 4.0 (ii)(a) / page 16 of the Tariff Booklet of M/s Tata Power Company Ltd., should be read as Actual established demand, during the period 0600 hours to 2200 hours
