No. MERC/84/2000/1034.- In the preamble no. MERC/84/2000/1005 of the Maharshtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (State Advisory Committee) Regulations, 2000 published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, Extraordinary (Pages 625-628), dated 14^th September 2000, the words "sub-section (1) of section 24" appearing in the first and the second line stand deleted and the words "clause (e) of sub-section (2) of section 58" are substituted therein’

In the Appendix-I the item No.3, stands deleted and item 4 and 5 are renumbered as 3 and 4’.
