CORRIGENDUM

 

Reference:        MERC Order dated 1st June, 2004 in the matter of Approval of M/s Tata Power Company’s Annual Revenue Requirements for FY 2003-04 and 2004-05, and determination of tariff for FY 2004-05 (Case No.30 of 2003) and Tariff Booklet issued vide MERC letter No. 1111 dated 15.6.2004

 

 

In the footnote at point No. 12/page 14 of the Tariff Booklet – Additional Demand Charges for consumers having captive generation facility” of the Tata Power Company Ltd. approved by the Commission vide its letter dated 15th June, 2004, the word “Contract Demand” should be read as “Maximum Demand.”
